I have been involved in real estate from a very young age as my father and uncle were real estate brokers in Ohio.  I offer to my buyer and sellers my personal attention.  They are never assigned a "team member" as I do not have a team.  I am the person you will be working with from beginning to the end of the real estate process and for years after your purchase or sale.

I have been married for 43 years, I'm a born again Christian, we have two daughters and sons in laws with six lovely grandchildren.  I love talking with all people about any subject and love to learn new things.  I love older classic cars as you will see if we ever meet!

I not only help buyers and sellers but I also buy and sell houses for cash and close quick.  I also own several residential rentals and offer property management on a limited basis to my existing clients.

I have a huge list of vendors that I am willing to share with my clients.  Those vendors include, HVAC contractors, plumbers, electricians, painters, handyman services, flooring companies, roofers, and many other vendors.  These are companies/people I have used for years and meet my personal standards of work quality and pricing.

As you can see, choosing a real estate agent should be someone who has years of experience with buyers and sellers, extremely knowledgeable with current market conditions, and able to show past sale records when asked.
